Reltio Connected Customer Data for Salesforce, also referred to as Salesforce connector, extends Reltio core abilities to provide seamless consistency between Salesforce and Reltio by automatically synching attribute and relationship data to deliver synchronized account profiles. It empowers all Salesforce users to benefit from rich, up-to-date, and actionable Connected Customer 360 profiles at scale. 

This course helps you integrate existing Salesforce instances with Reltio to synchronize quality data between Reltio and Salesforce. This course will help you install and configure the Salesforce connector and create the mapping required to manage bidirectional data synchronization between Reltio and Salesforce using the Salesforce connector API.
